Comment from John O’Connor, CEO:
“I would firstly like to thank Johnny, Maoiliosa and Stefan for all the hard work, guidance and leadership which they have provided over the past three years. Together, we have built strong professional and personal relationships and I am thankful to each of them for their service. Today is a natural step in the evolution of the Company though and I am excited at the prospect of welcoming both Mary and Andrew to the Board. Both Mary and Andrew have great experience as executives and leaders, and I am confident that their membership on the Board will help drive the Company to future success”
