Kolinpharma purchased its own shares for EUR22,000 approx.

(Alliance News) - Kolinpharma Spa reported that--in the period from Dec. 27 to Dec. 30--it purchased 2,400 of its own shares.

The weighted average price was EUR9.01 for a total value of EUR21,624.

Kolinpharma closed Monday's session in the red by 1.1 percent at EUR9.04 per share.
