Tesac Wirerope Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire sales division of rope business from Shinko Wire Company, Ltd. (TSE:5660) on September 26, 2012. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Tesac Wirerope Co., Ltd. and Shinko Wire Company on September 26, 2012. Following the completion of the transaction, sales division of rope business of both Tesac Wirerope and Shinko Wire Company will be integrated.
