KOBA RESOURCES LIMITED Koba Resources Limited (ASX:KOB) agreed to acquire JB1 and Davidson Lithium Projects from SB1 Investments Pty Ltd for AUD 1.5 million on December 15, 2022. The consideration is AUD 0.075 million in cash, 1.5 million Koba fully paid ordinary shares and 8 million performance shares. Koba completing its due diligence, to its sole satisfaction, with respect to SB1 and the SB1 Projects.
Koba obtaining confirmation from ASX that the terms of the SB1 Performance Shares are acceptable to ASX and Koba obtaining shareholder approval for the issue of the SB1 Consideration Shares and SB1 Performance Shares.
