Visualant, Incorporated (OTCPK:VSUL) announced a private placement of 509,240 common shares at a price of $0.25 per share for gross proceeds of $127,310 on January 11, 2018. The company will issue securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.
On the same day, the company issued 339,240 shares for gross proceeds of $84,810 in its first tranche closing.
