KKR & Co. L.P. (NYSE:KKR) agreed to acquire PetVet Care Centers, Inc. from L Catterton, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board and others existing shareholders on December 27, 2017. Fully committed debt financing will be provided by Jefferies and and KKR Capital Markets. Richard Agabs and Atishay Chopra of Jefferies LLC acted as a financial advisors and Michael Nissan, Andrew J. Colao, Steven A. Newborn, Mark Schwed, Michael Aiello, Philip Wolf and Amanda Fenster of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP acted as a legal advisor to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
