On May 24, 2024, Osmium Partners, LLC delivered a letter to Kirkland's, Inc.?s board of directors stating, among other things, the belief that the Company is materially undervalued and urging the Company?s board of directors to consider a transaction with a strategic buyer or partner and for the Company to hold an investor day before June 26, 2024.
