LONDON, May 21 (Reuters) - European home improvement retailer Kingfisher on Tuesday kept its full-year profit outlook after reporting a 0.9% fall in first-quarter underlying sales, with resilience in demand for core categories offset by weakness in "big-ticket" sales.
