CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

DATE OF BOARD MEETING

Reference is made to the announcement of Kinergy Corporation Ltd. (the "Company"), dated 17 March 2021 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.

The Company would like to clarify that the date of the meeting of the Board shall be 29 March 2021 (Monday) instead of 26 March 2021 (Friday). Save as disclosed in this announcement, all information and contents as set out in the Announcement remain unchanged.
