Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Kimball International, Inc. (the
"Company") was held on October 27, 2020, and the following items were voted on
by Shareholders:
a. Based on the following election results, the Class III director nominees were
elected to serve a term of three years until the 2023 meeting of Shareholders,
or until his or her respective successor is duly elected and qualified:
