Kiang Huat Sea Gull Trading Frozen Food Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The principal activities of the Company are frozen seafood manufacturing. The Company produces shrimp and squid raw materials, such as head-on, shell-on shrimp; headless shrimp; peeled deveined or undeveined shrimp; frozen live shrimp; frozen cooked live shrimp; whole clean squid; whole clean cuttlefish; whole clean octopus; baby octopus; and squid ring and tentacle. The Company's products include shrimp as the main raw material and squid as secondary raw materials. Preliminary processing includes preserving the whole head, removing the head, or peeling the head and peeling into a product in various forms as the customer requires. After that, it will be subjected to a technical freezing process in order to preserve the value and taste of the product in a fresh and clean condition to consumers. The Company uses two freezing systems: contact plate freezing system and tunnel freezing system.
