Keyeast Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A054780) agreed to acquire Contents K Co., Ltd. for KRW 2 billion in cash on August 17, 2012. Keyeast will acquire 0.4 million shares of Contents K Co. The Board of Directors of Keyeast took a resolution for the acquisition on August 17, 2012. The transaction is expected to complete by August 27, 2012.
