On February 11, 2022, Kelly Services, Inc. was notified by Jane E. Dutton that she intends to retire as a director effective as of the date of the company's 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Dutton, the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished University Professor Emerita of Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Michigan Business School, has served on the Company's Board of Directors since 2004.
