Notice of Changes in Representative Directors, Directors and Executive Officers

Keikyu Corporation (the "Company") hereby announces that, at the Board of Directors meeting held today, the Company decided to make the following changes in Representative Directors and Executive Officers as of April 1, 2022, and informally decided to make changes in Directors in late June 2022.

The Company plans to make an official decision regarding the changes in Directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that is planned to be held in late June 2022.

  In order to achieve the goals of the Keikyu Group Integrated Management Plan, accelerate the transformation of the business structure and further strengthen the management foundation, the Company will change the management structure.
