Kazkommertsbank AO : Kazkommerts Securities a second consecutive year has nominated as the best underwriter in Kazakhstan

January 16, 2017, Almaty. - Investment brokerage company Kazkommerts Securities - a subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank - once again recognized as the best underwriter in Kazakhstan following the results of activity in 2016 in the ranking of the Kazakhstan local bonds underwriters by the financial information agency Cbonds.

During 2016 Kazkommerts Securities as sole underwriter placed nine issues of debt securities worth a total of KZT 306.6 bn., having taken thus 74% of the market. In this case the total volume and the number of bond issues placed by the all eight underwriters in the primary market in 2016 amounted to KZT 413 bn. and 19, respectively.

Thus, Kazkommerts Securities became the leader in terms of volume and number of placements of corporate bonds in the debt capital market of Kazakhstan.
