Notice of New Executive Candidates

At a Board of Directors meeting on April 27, 2021, the following unofficial appointments were made to new candidates for the positions of director, Audit and Supervisory Board member, and substitute Audit and Supervisory Board member.

These candidates are scheduled to assume office following a formal decision at the 43rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, slated for June 25, 2021.

The Audit and Supervisory Board is in agreement with the decision to table the proposal to appoint the Audit and Supervisory Board member and the substitute Audit and Supervisory Board member at this ordinary general meeting of shareholders.

If these appointments are approved at the 43rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 25, 2021, the number of independent outside directors will increase by one, and the number of independent outside Audit and Supervisory Board members will rise by one. In addition, one of the nine directors and one of the four Audit and Supervisory Board members will be female.
