Subject: Notification on Registration of Capital Decrease by Par Value Reduction

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Pursuant to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2022 of K.C. Property Public Company Limited ("the Company"), held on April 5, 2022, passed a resolution to decrease of the Company's registered capital for 1,084,060,813.20 Baht from 3,613,536,044.00 Baht, remaining equal to 2,529,475,230.80 Baht, by reduction of par value of the share from 1.00 Baht each to 0.70 Baht each. The reduction will result the registered and paid-up capital to decrease from 3,613,536,044.00 Baht to 2,529,475,230.80 Baht while the number of shares still remain at 3,613,536,044 Therefore, the Company has announced the resolutions of the capital reduction through newspapers and also sent out letters notifying such resolutions to the Company's creditors for opposition which is due on June 8, 2022.

The capital reduction has already been registered with the Ministry of Commerce on June 22, 2022.
