Nace voluntarily resigned as director of both Juniata Valley Financial Corp. and of its subsidiary, The Juniata Valley Bank; the resignation becomes effective on September 30, 2014 and was not due to a disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
