SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT - PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by JTF International Holdings Limited (the ''Company'' and together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''GEM Listing Rules'') and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules).

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 22 June 2022 and 15 July 2022 (the ''Announcements''). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to further inform the Shareholders and potential investors and supplement that, based on a further assessment of the latest unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2022 and other information currently available, the Group is expected to record a profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately RMB2,500,000 for the six months ended 30 June 2022, which is lower than the amount of no less than approximately RMB3,000,000 as originally estimated as of the dates of the Announcements. Such decrease was mainly due to the finalization of certain expenses accrued for the period.

The information contained in this announcement is only based on the management's preliminary assessment after reviewing information currently available to the Group, including the latest unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2022 which has not been finalised. Therefore the actual results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2022 may differ from the information contained in this announcement. Details of the Group's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 will be announced on 12 August 2022 according to the GEM Listing Rules.
