Announcement of Transition to "Prime Market" in New Market Segment
JP-HOLDINGS, INC. announces that as per the "Results of new market segment selections" by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on January 11, 2022, the Company has satisfied all the criteria for listing on the Prime Market. With this, the Company has decided to transit to Prime Market from April 4, 2022.
Going forward, the Company will continue to implement its management philosophy of "Through child care support, we will contribute in creating smiles for everyone" and work to achieve sustainable growth and increase corporate value over the medium to long term to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and investors.
