Jones Soda Co. (OTCPK:JSDA) announced a private placement of 2% short-term non-revolving secured promissory note for gross proceeds of $500,000 with new lender BFI Business Finance, Inc. on January 6, 2016. The bear fixed interest at the prime rate plus 2% per annum.
The transaction is expected to complete on or prior to January 31, 2016.
