5.Cause of occurrence: The Company's subsidiary Kunshan
  Jarlly Electronics Ltd. suspended production till
  2022/04/19. Currently the suspention of production is prolonged
  in accordance to local government's Covid-19 prevention policy.
  Kunshan Jarlly Electronics Ltd. had applied for the resumption
  of work after getting the sepcific measures from the local
  government.
6.Countermeasures: The Company's subsidiary Kunshan
  Jarlly Electronics Ltd. cooperates with local
  government regulations to take contingency measures
  to ensure the safety and health of employees.
