5.Cause of occurrence:
a.The company has passed the resolution of the board of directors on
2022/3/2 to issue 4,000,000 shares of common stock, NTD10 par value
per share, through cash capital increase. Total of issuance amount
NTD40,000,000. The plan has been approved and made effective by the
Financial Supervisory Commission's Letter Jin-Guan-Zheng-Fa-Zi
No.1110335568 dated 2022/3/28.
b.Because of Ukraine-Russian conflict and the continued impact of the
Covid-19 has led to unclear prospects in capital market. In order
to safeguard shareholders' rights and ensure the completion of
fund-raising, the chairman hereby, under the authorization of the
Board of Directors, plans to apply to the competent authority for
the 2022 cash capital increase to extend the fund-raising period
by three months. The appropriate time of issuance will be determined
until the domestic financial situation stabilizes.
6.Countermeasures:
Announcement of postponed 2022/3/31 cash capital increase cash
capital of share subscription. Apply extent period of raising for
three months to the competent authority.

The Company will announce if following has been determine: the
subscription price, the date of subscription, the period of
