Decline in overall revenue for the period due to the health crisis

As announced previously, the COVID crisis has impacted professional contact and exchanges. Over the course of 2020, ITESOFT booked a total of €20.8 million in turnover, down 11.9 % with respect to 2019.

Increase in SaaS revenue by +80% over the period

In the second half of 2020, SaaS sales continued their progression, with the company generating ARR of €2.9 million as of December 31, 2020, compared to €2.2 million in 2019. Though significant, the progression of SaaS sales did not fully offset the decline in license business for the year, resulting in an overall decrease in software sales.

the prediction of annual SaaS revenue the following year.

In the second half of the year, Bastide Medical, Circet Esp, and Matuvie joined the many companies having chosen ITESOFT's SaaS offering for its attractive pricing and deployment simplicity, as well as the wealth of features provided by its invoice processing digitalisation solution.

Recurring revenue increase, both in amount and contribution to overall revenue

Recurring revenue comprised of SaaS sales and revenue from maintenance services rose again in 2020, progressing by +3.5% to reach €14.7 million. The increased contribution represents 71% of sales for the company in 2020, up from 60% in 2019.

Renewed growth in revenue from license sales in Q4 2020

Following two consecutive quarters marked by the COVID-19 crisis and related confinement measures, ITESOFT posted renewed growth in its license sales in the final quarter of 2020, confirming the progressive recovery of investment by decision-makers after several months taking a wait-and-see approach.
