GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 23.06A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM Listing Rules").

The board (the "board") of directors (the "directors") of ITE (Holdings) Limited (the "company", together with its subsidiaries, the "group") hereby announces that on 3 July 2018, the company has granted certain share options (the "share options") to eligible persons of the group (the "grantees") which entitle the grantees to subscribe for an aggregate of 13,000,000 new ordinary shares of HK$0.01 (the "share(s)") each in the capital of the company, subject to the acceptance by the grantees, under the share option scheme adopted by the shareholders of the company on 8 August 2011.
