Irtyshskoye Parokhodstvo OAO (IRP OAO, Irtysh Shipping Company OJSC or IRTYSH SHIPCO) is a Russia-based company, which is involved in the shipping industry. The Company's main activities are passenger and cargo river shipping, handling and terminal operations, ships repairing, fleet leasing, shipbuilding and towing of rafts and vessels. It operates through four branches located in Omsk region. Irtyshskoye Parokhodstvo OAO has also one wholly owned subsidiary, Sibline Shipping Limited based in Limassol, Cyprus. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was the Federal Agency of the State Property Management with a stake of 25.5%. In February 2013, the Company sold Tara river port.
