As part of the ' Ipsos Partnership 2024 ' operation, nearly 330 executives from around the world have chosen to invest in the structure, for a total amount of around 18 million euros.

Ipsos Partners is an investment structure created in 2016 reserved for Ipsos executives and senior managers.

The funds raised will enable Ipsos Partners, on the one hand, to buy back the shares of the managers who left the company in 2018 and, on the other, to increase its own stake in DT&Partners.

Following these transactions, Ipsos Partners will hold 21% of DT & Partners' capital. DT & Partners, which also bought Ipsos shares in the market, will hold 11.4% of the capital and 19.2% of the voting rights of Ipsos SA (and the concert declared between DT & Partners, Didier Truchot and Laurence Stoclet will hold 12.3% of the capital and 20.7% of the voting rights of the listed company).

' Didier Truchot, Chairman of Ipsos and Chairman of Ipsos Partners, and Ben Page, Chief Executive Officer of Ipsos and member of the Supervisory Board of Ipsos Partners, are delighted with the success of this transaction and thank the executives who invested for their confidence'.
