On August 28, 2019, the Board of Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. elected Thomas Sullivan as a director of the company, effective as of September 15, 2019. Board and the Board has approved a reduction in its size to four members, effective as of September 15, 2019. In addition, on August 28, 2019, the Board appointed Mr. Lee as chair of the Audit Committee and Julie Persily as chair of the Valuation Committee, each to be effective as of September 15, 2019.
