Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust - Invesco DWA Basic Materials Momentum ETF Share Price

PowerShares Dynamic Basic Materials Sector Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the Dynamic Basic Materials Sector Intellidex Index (the Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of basic materials companies. The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index consists of stocks of 60 United States basic materials companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the business of producing raw materials, including paper or wood products, chemicals, construction materials, and mining and metals. The Fund's investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
