Company Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust - Invesco Dynamic Oil & Gas Services ETF

PowerShares Dynamic Oil & Gas Services Portfolio (the Fund) is a non-diversified fund. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the Dynamic Oil Services Intellidex Index (the Index). The Index evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including fundamental growth, stock valuation, investment timeliness and risk factors. Securities shown to possess the greatest capital appreciation potential are selected by the Index. The Fund normally invests at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that consists of the Index. The Fund invests in energy and industrial sectors. The Fund's investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
