Inventec Besta Co.,Ltd reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 154.54 million compared to TWD 213.52 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 26.56 million compared to TWD 11.23 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.43 compared to TWD 0.18 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.43 compared to TWD 0.18 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 614.84 million compared to TWD 736.94 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 141.98 million compared to net loss of TWD 35.88 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.28 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.58 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.26 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.58 a year ago.
INVENTEC BESTA Co., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of computer dictionaries, leaning machines and related digital products. The Companyâs products mainly include game and learning machines, electronic components, integrated circuit (IC) cards, personal digital assistants (PDAs), global positioning system (GPS) products and audio products, among others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of related maintenance, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) services. The Company operates its business through four segments: Taiwan, Mainland sales, Mainland manufacture and others. The Company distributes its products mainly in Mainland China and Taiwan.
