Inter Action Corporation reported consolidated earnings results for the six months ended November 30, 2019. For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of ¥3,826.821 million against ¥3,834.186 million a year ago. Operating income was ¥915.604 million against ¥863.966 million a year ago. Profit was ¥605.686 million or ¥55.45 per share against ¥560.062 million or ¥58.97 per share a year ago.
The company provided earnings guidance for the full year ending May 31, 2020. For the year, the company expects net sales of ¥8,889 million, operating income of ¥2,122 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥1,395 million or ¥127.72 per share.

The Solar Power-related Product segment develops, purchases and sells solar simulators, cell testers, solar power modules. The Imaging Inspection segment develops, manufactures and sells Internet protocol (IP) modules, discrete fourier transformation (DFT) test systems, camera module test equipment and related components. As of May 31, 2014, the Company had five subsidiaries.
