Intellinetics, Inc. announced resignation of Murray Gross from the board of directors of the company and from his position as Chairman of the Board, effective as of September 30, 2017. Mr. Gross had also served as a member and Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Board. Mr. Gross's resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the company. Also on October 5, 2017, the Board elected Roger Kahn to serve as a member of the Board until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualified, or until his earlier death, resignation or removal. The Board also appointed Mr. Kahn as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Kahn has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bridgeline Digital, Inc.
