Inner Mongolia North Hauler Joint Stock Co. Ltd. announced that at its AGM held on May 9, 2013, the shareholders approved a cash dividend of CNY 3.00 per 10 shares (tax included) for the year 2012.
The shareholders also elected Wang Zheng, Mao Zhongwen and Yang Jue as independent directors.
