27th of April 2021 - Elop AS has appointed Kim Boman as the group's new chief
financial officer (CFO).

Boman has more than a total of 20 years' experience from finance roles. He was
recently CFO of Oslo-listed AqualisBraemar ASA and prior to this head of
investor relations for REC Solar ASA. Boman has corporate finance experience
from DNB Markets and Swedbank Markets (First Securities), and has worked as an
auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as strategy consultant at Arkwright. He
holds a master's degree in business and economics from BI Norwegian School of
Management and a MSc in finance from London Business School.

Boman joins Elop on 01. June 2021. 

Boman succeeds Torbjørn Blom-Hagen, who has decided to seek challenges outside
Elop. Blom-Hagen has been with Elop since September 2019 and will secure an
orderly transition for the company. We thank him for his valuable contribution
and wish him well in his new challenges.
