INDYKPOL S.A. The Management Board of Indykpol S.A. ("Company") informs that decided to submit to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the proposition of the dividend from the profit for 2015 in amount PLN 0,80 per one share which means that for dividend will be allocate the amount PLN 2 499 600,00.
According to art. 20 sec. 2 it. 2) of the Company's Statute this proposal was concerned and received the positive opinion by the Supervisory Board of the Company. The proposal of the Management Board with the recommendation of the Supervisory Board will be submit to the Annual General Meeting of Indykpol Shareholders according to the art. 395 §2it.2) of the Company Commercial Code and art.17sec.1 it. 3) of the Company's Statute.
