Mr. Wu Xiangjiang, employee supervisor of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has resigned as employee supervisor of the Bank for the reason of his age by tendering his resignation to the board of supervisors of the Bank on 17 January 2023. The resignation of Mr. Wu Xiangjiang takes effect on 17 January 2023. Mr. Wu Xiangjiang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board of supervisors of the Bank and there are no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders and creditors of the Bank.
