Reference is made to the offering to Index International Group Public Company Limited's Initial Public Offering (IPO) of ordinary capital increase shared of Index International Group Public Company Limited (the "Company") from December 14-16, 2020 in the amount 90,000,000 shares at

1.10 Bath per share. After deduction of expense incurred from this offering, the remaining proceeds are in the amount of 82.70 Million Baht.
