GRESB Benchmark Analysis: Ina Invest again awarded as "Green Star"

Glattpark (Opfikon), 5 October 2023 - Since 2021, Ina Invest has participated with its development portfolio in the annual GRESB Real Estate Development Benchmark Analysis in order to measure its sustainability performance and make it transparent. With a GRESB score of 95 out of a possible 100 points in the portfolio class "Diversified - Office / Residential", Ina Invest was able to improve by two points in this year's benchmark analysis compared to the previous year and is once again recognised as a "Green Star" both as a company and with its portfolio. Ina Invest achieved 46 out of 51 points in the "Environment" category and full points in both the "Social" and "Governance" categories (25/25 and 24/24 points respectively).

Following the purchase of the Bredella site in January 2022, Ina Invest also competed for the first time with its operating portfolio in the "Standing Investment" category. Here, Ina Invest is rated with 65 out of 100 possible points and thus comes in behind the peer average of 77 points. In particular in the area of "Environment" (30 out of 60 points), it is evident that Ina Invest can tap into great potential in terms of its sustainability performance in the coming years with the transformation of the Bredella site in Pratteln.
