Impress Holdings, Inc. (TSE:9479) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,701,000 shares for ¥483 million. The purpose of the program is to record profit from the sale of the shares back to the company.

Mobile Services segment provides electronic publishing, internet media services, electronic book files and electronic comic platforms. It also has publishing logistics and sales management business.
