The Board of IFS Capital Limited on the recommendations of the Executive Resource and Compensation Committee rationale, selection criteria, and the search and nomination (ERCC), approved the appointment of Mr. Eugene Tan Hai Leng as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of IFS Capital Limited. Date of appointment is October 12, 2015. Form 1999 to 2013 Eugene Tan Hai Leng is managing director for commercial banking in ASEAN (appointment in 2007).
