Icade leases 3055 m² of office space to Navaho at the 521 building on the Portes de Paris site in Aubervilliers
Navaho is a brand owned by the Risc Group, a Cloud operator offering companies a comprehensive range of IT
services.
Navaho has signed a 12-year green lease with a 9-year fixed-term period and will move into the 521 building in early February 2013, alongside Endemol France, Fnac.fr, Rexel and CNAV.
More than 90% of the 521 building is now occupied. It benefits from the extension to line 12, just a stone's throw
away from the new Front Populaire station that has just recently opened.
