i-mobile Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6535) and BASE Partners Limited Liability Partnership agreed to acquire 46.2% stake in Netch Co., Ltd. from Innovation Engine, Inc., Kato Co.,Ltd., Rakuen Project Co., Ltd., two other corporations, and three individuals for ¥550 million on December 27, 2017. i-mobile Co.,Ltd. and BASE Partners Limited Liability Partnership will acquire 4,062 shares. The tentative share transfer date is December 28, 2017. For the year ended March 2017, i-mobile Co.,Ltd. reported net assets of ¥264 million, total assets of ¥468 million, sales of ¥832 million, operating profit of ¥142 million, and net income of ¥110 million. Board of Directors of i-mobile Co.,Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on December 27, 2017. The transaction is expected to complete on January 15, 2018.
