I-HWA Industrial Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 151.729 million compared to TWD 121.720 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 11.714 million compared to TWD 10.364 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 11.902 million compared to TWD 4.020 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.13 compared to TWD 0.04 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 395.961 million compared to TWD 591.605 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 25.251 million compared to TWD 39.059 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 34.258 million compared to TWD 3.939 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.37 compared to TWD 0.04 a year ago.
I-HWA INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textile products. The Company operates businesses through two segments. The Textile segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of wool yarns, cotton yarns, finished fabrics and dyestuff. Its products are applied in the manufacture of suit fabrics, Japanese kimono, sweaters, knitted fabrics and other garments, among others. This segment is also involved in the provision of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services. The Real Estates segment is mainly engaged in the investment in the construction of real estates for rental and for sales. The Company mainly operates businesses in domestic market.
