i³ Systems, Inc. announced that it has received JPY 400 million in funding on June 29, 2018. The transaction included participation from NCB Kyushu Kasseika Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by NCB Capital Co., Ltd, JAFCO SV4 Joint Investment Limited Partnership, JAFCO Co., Ltd. (TSE:8595), management of the company, and individuals.
i Cubed Systems Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of management services for managing mobile terminals as Software as a Service (SaaS), and the investing activities. The Company operates through two business segments. The CLOMO business segment provides functions for visualizing the usage status of mobile terminals, setting and restricting functions, and security measures as licenses, centered on CLOMO MDM, a mobile device management (MDM) service that centrally manages and operates mobile terminals and mobile personal computers (PCs). The CLOMO business segment also sells licenses for CLOMO SECURED APPs, which are applications for mobile terminals. The main services include CLOMO service and SECURED APPs service.
