Sang Jong Kim acquired additional 5.56% stake in Hysonic Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A106080) from Moatech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A033200) for KRW 2.5 billion on July 29, 2014. Under the terms of the deal Sang Jong acquired 0.59 million Hysonic shares at KRW 4200 per share. Pursuant to the transaction, Sang Jong shareholding in Hysonic increased from 1.25 million shares to 1.94 million shares. The acquisition was financed using own funds of KRW 3.3 billion and loan of KRW 0.58 billion.
