Jae-Wook Ryu and Seong-ho Kim acquired additional 3.10% stake in Hysonic Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A106080) from Moatech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A033200) for KRW 1.4 billion on August 4, 2014. As reported, Jae-Wook Ryu acquired 0.2 million shares while Seong-ho Kim acquired 0.13 million shares at a price of KRW 4,200 per share. The acquisition was financed using own funds of KRW 3.3 billion and loan of KRW 0.58 billion.
