Hurco Companies, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended October 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was USD 44.459 million compared to USD 59.989 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 5.727 million compared to operating Income of USD 2.189 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 3.589 million compared to net income of USD 2.098 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.54 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.31 a year ago. For the full year, sales was USD 170.627 million compared to USD 263.377 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 9.862 million compared to operating Income of USD 22.540 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 6.247 million compared to net income of USD 17.495 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.93 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 2.57 a year ago.
