Hung Chou Fiber Ind. Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 304.681 million compared to TWD 802.474 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 65.430 million compared to operating Income of TWD 34.235 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 62.433 million compared to net income of TWD 36.469 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.47 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.28 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was TWD 762.907 million compared to TWD 1,690.247 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 105.780 million compared to operating Income of TWD 64.862 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 101.328 million compared to net income of TWD 74.410 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.77 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.56 a year ago.
