Co-Ownership Updates

The Board of Directors of HRnetGroup Limited is pleased to announce the admission of new co- owners Miranda Chin at HRnet One (Taiwan) Pte Ltd ("HRT"), Chen Ping at PeopleSearch (Taiwan) Pte Ltd ("PST-COM"), Lee Mei Chin at Agensi Pekerjaan PeopleFirst Consulting Sdn Bhd ("PFM") and the increase in shareholding by Katherine Chow in RecruitFirst Limited ("RFH").

Miranda joined the Group in March 2005 as a Consultant at HRT, and progressed to leading our HRnetOne Hong Kong business for nearly 5 years before returning to Taipei in 2011 to run HRT. As Senior Business Leader, she manages the business with a team of consultants specializing in the Technology, Healthcare and FMCG sectors.

Miranda graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Integrated

Biology) from the University of Berkeley, California and a

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the

Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Ping joined PST in 2004 as a Consultant and was appointed Business Leader in 2009. She was promoted to Group Business Leader in January this year, and leads the Commerce division of PeopleSearch Taiwan in recruitment and HR consulting work for the Healthcare Life Science, Retail, and Consumer Electronics sectors.

Ping graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from

Taipei Medical University.

Mei Chin first joined the Group from 2012 to 2018 and rose to become Regional Consulting Manager. She subsequently returned in 2020 to PFM and currently leads the Kuala Lumpur-based team that specializes in Healthcare, Engineering and FMCG.

Mei Chin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in

Biotechnology and Genetics from Monash University,

Australia.

Katherine joined the Group as a Consultant at our PeopleSearch Hong Kong office in 2012 and took on a Corporate HR role in 2013. Today, Katherine is HR Director for 3 of our brands in Hong Kong - PeopleSearch, HRnetOne and RecruitFirst, as well as for HRnetOne Korea. She also leads RFH's contract payroll function and government contracts business.

Katherine graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce,

Accounting from the Australia National University and a

Master of Commerce, Business Management from the

University of New South Wales.

We warmly congratulate Miranda, Ping, Mei Chin and Katherine on their new milestones in our co-ownership journey.

We also take this opportunity to bid farewell to Vida Hsiao. Upon her departure, the Group has acquired her 5% economic stake in RecruitFirst (Shanghai) Limited.

The above transactions do not have a material impact on the Group.
